Shipping & Returns


Returns Policy

You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).

You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).

If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.

Shipping

All t-shirts, hats and accessories are made in our facility in Mooresville, NC. We do attempt to make sure we have adequate inventory of all items in all colors and will always do our best to ship to you within 1 business day. However, since we allow our customers to choose different designs on different colors, we may have to custom print some orders. With this in mind we reserve the right to allow a production and handling time of 1-5 business days before we ship your product. Should this happen you will be notified by email and given an estimated ship date. You will have the right to cancel your order should this ship date not meet your needs.

We ship UPS and/or USPS Priority Mail. We cannot ship to you using your own or a third party shipping number.

If you are local to Mooresville, NC you can also arrange to pickup your order in our store. If this is the case you may enter the coupon code pickup during checkout and shipping charges will not be added to your order.
